Experienced exec will oversee financial operations and reporting functions

LOUISVILLE, KY— DPL Financial Partners, the leading insurance platform for RIAs, today announced the appointment of John Barkeley as senior vice president of finance. Barkeley, who has worked in senior investment banking and operating finance roles at various sponsor-backed technology companies, will oversee DPL’s financial operations and reporting functions.

Prior to joining DPL, Barkeley served as vice president-finance at Demeter Logistics where he oversaw all financial aspects of the company, including capital raising, accounting, forecasting, contract management, and investor communications. With almost a decade of experience in financial leadership roles, his previous positions include chief finance officer at Champion Gaming Group, and senior positions at Edj Companies and DH Capital. Barkeley holds his CPA license and started his career at Deloitte.
